As so, you need from 95 to 100 percent of oxygen level in your body. While, the hydration in our cells must be at least 75-78 percent, on average. Water, broken down chemically has twice more oxygen than hydrogen, which confirms the importance of oxygen in boosting our health. There are many effective and healthier ways of drinking water, which is the main agent that flushes out metabolic wastes and toxins from the body. 

Food is another integral factor in good health, but there are many considerations regarding safe and healthy diets. We should be consuming more, organic foods: fruits and vegetables which detoxify and fortify the body with their rich, natural vitamins and minerals. 

On the other hand, light has numerous beneficial effects on our immune system-the main defense of our body against sickness and disease. Light is necessary for the psychological and physical well-being of any individual, as much as in regulating our cycles of sleep. Regular sleep enables the body to restore, replenish and re-stabilize the bodily functions. 

There are other elements in maintaining maximum health, such as lifestyle and psychological aspects. These are some of the primary factors to grow health and mind in 2024.
